We went to ER tonight because Isaac had a bad fall. He hit his chin on the steps at daycare around 5pm. Auntie Monica called mommy right away. Mommy picked up Isaac at once and called papa at the same time. Gong gong came along with us to the hospital, while por por stayed home with Ian. Papa arrived the hospital at the same time as us. First, we went to the Walk in clinic. Isaac was examined by a nurse when we checked in. She said we had to go to ER for stitches. We got to see the doctor pretty fast at ER. "No stitches needed, just glue", the doctor said after examined Isaac. Isaac got so excited when he heard the doctor said "Glue" and shaking his hand like he was shaking the glue bottle. @_@. Isaac did not cry when several nurses and the doctor removed the bandage and examined the wound, or took off his T-shirt to clean the wound, even when being wrapped like a mummy on the table. He smiled when the doctor put the "glue" on his chin. He only cried after waiting for too long to check out, and he complained the name band on his hand hurt! We couldn't believe we started out his 2 year old with an ER visit. I guess more to come. Sigh.
